In addition to being a novelist, Mostafa is a blogger, essayist, and storyteller. His essays and opinion pieces can be found on The Romantic Revolutionary, his online blog. His writing has appeared in Al Ahram, Egypt’s leading newspaper, Xinmin Pinglun, the official academic journal of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and the Myth, Migration & Egyptomania Stories Series of the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology in London.
